Parents, Students, and DC-G Community,
The 1:1 Laptop program is GROWING! The Dallas Center-Grimes school district will continue the 1:1 laptop program which began in the 2012-13 school year and expanded to 9th grade students in the fall for 2013-14 school year will move to all students in grades 8-12 for the 2014-15 school year.

We want this to be the central point for information leading up to the yearly rollout in August and for information and support after that. We will be constantly adding and updating information to this page so bookmark it and come back often.

This 1:1 laptop concept was studied by district personnel for over a year and the DC-G Board of Education approved the purchase of 220 Apple MacBook Air wireless laptops at the March 2012 meeting. For the 2014-15 school year, over 950 laptops will be imaged and delivered to students.
